i didn’t love yoga when i first tried it.  i was awkward and clumsy and frustrated.  it was slow and yawn-inducing.  recently i’ve become enamored of hot yoga fusion classes.  think yoga poses mixed with strength training with a splash of cardio while you sweat in a 95 degree sauna.  that’s more my speed.

i also love the idea of setting “intentions.”  i want to live with purpose and focusing on one idea for my hour-long yoga class is a start.  so, here’s to intention and focus and warrior poses and sweat puddles.

    I have come to enjoy Bikram yoga…my flexibility continues to improve
